What this site collects, who receives it, and how to turn it off. It covers this website, and what reaches us when you pay or message us from it.
Who we are
Edgecoms runs this site and sells the Store Setup service on it. To ask about anything on this page, message us on WhatsApp (+91 92632 31901).
If you only read the page
Nothing that tracks you loads unless you accept cookies. Until then, the page makes no contact with any advertising or analytics company.
Your answer to the cookie question is saved in your own browser, so we do not have to ask again. It is not sent to us.
If one of our ads brought you here, the page also saves which ad in your browser until you close the tab, so it keeps showing you the offer from that ad. That is not sent to us either.
Like every website, this one is delivered by a hosting company (Railway). It receives your IP address and browser details in order to send you the page, and may keep them in its technical logs.
If you accept cookies
We load the Meta Pixel, a script from Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram. It sets cookies in your browser that identify it to Meta, and it lets us tell Meta when you:
- view the Store Setup page
- press Get Basic, Get Pro or Get Done for you, along with the price of that plan
- press a WhatsApp button
- reach the page you see after paying, along with the plan you bought and its price
Each report carries the address of the page and of the page that led you to it, your IP address, details of your browser and device (such as screen size and, on Android, the phone model and Android version) and the identifiers from Meta's cookies. It is sent from your browser to Meta, directly and through relay servers that pass it on to Meta, and a copy may be sent from our own server so that it still counts when a browser blocks the script. These reports never carry your name, email address or phone number.
Meta uses this to show us how our ads perform and to decide who sees them. If you are logged in to Facebook or Instagram in the same browser, Meta can connect these reports to your account. What Meta does with it is covered by Meta's Privacy Policy.
Turning it off
If you accepted, the foot of every page has a control that turns cookies off again. It stops the reporting at once and deletes Meta's cookies, and the other identifiers its script stored for this site, from your browser. It cannot take back what has already been sent.
That control stops this site reporting. To limit how Meta uses information about you for ads, use Meta's ad preferences, or the industry opt-out pages at aboutads.info/choices and youronlinechoices.eu.
When you pay
Payment is taken on Stripe's own checkout page, not on this site, so we never see your card details. Stripe tells us that you paid and passes on what you entered there, such as your name, email address and billing country. What Stripe does with your information is covered by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
When a payment comes through, Stripe tells this site, and the site sends us a WhatsApp message with your name, email address, phone number if Stripe has one, the plan and the amount, so we can contact you the same day. It is sent through Meta's WhatsApp Business service to our own WhatsApp, and to nobody else.
When you message us
If you write to us on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number, your profile name and what you send. We use it to answer you and, if you order, to do the work. WhatsApp is run by Meta and has its own privacy policy.
Your choices
To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, message us on WhatsApp (+91 92632 31901).
